New automated remarketing feature helps agencies enhance customer retention at renewal

The latest release equips agents with remarketed premium rates for alternate carriers automatically for at-risk personal lines renewals and displays them alongside renewing policy details, helping agencies provide coverage options to clients faster so they can retain more business at renewal time.

Agents initiate Automated Renewal Quoting within EZLynx Retention Center, then real-time remarketing is performed with the at-risk results populating alongside the renewal. Agents can also use EZLynx Automation Center to set up a trigger when a client is at-risk, automatically remarketing the risk and displaying at-risk results within EZLynx Retention Center without agent intervention.
